Abstract

V podjetju je velik strošek nakup pločevine. Zato je pomembno, da nabavljen material čim bolj izkoristimo. Pri tem se lahko z večjim izkoristkom razreza privarčuje več denarnih sredstev, ki se lahko kasneje vložijo v druga razvojna sredstva podjetja. Razrez temelji na programu Zevs RX. Program je za uporabo precej enostaven, vendar so v programu še določene izboljšave, ki bi podjetju lahko doprinesla boljši izkoristek. V diplomskem delu bom predstavil podjetje Monter d.o.o ter program za razrez Zevs RX. Prikazal bom vrednosti pločevine posameznih dimenzij ter po izračunu ugotovil, koliko doprinese boljši izkoristek. Prav tako bodo v nalogi predlagane določene izboljšave, ki bi omogočile lažje optimiranje izkoristka pri razrezu.

Secondary title: Sheet metal cutting optimization using zevs rx software
Secondary abstract: The purchase of sheet metal is a big expense in the company. Therefore, it is important to make the most of the purchased material. Thus, higher efficiency can save more money, which can later be invested in other development assets of the company. The cutting is based on the Zeus RX program. The program is quite easy to use, but there are still some improvements to the program that could contribute to the company's better efficiency. In the diploma work I will present the operation of the company Monter d.o.o. and the cutting program Zevs RX. I will show the values of individual dimensions of sheet metal, and after the calculation I will find out how much it contributes to better efficiency. I will also make some improvements in the program itself, which in my opinion would make it easier to optimize the efficiency of cutting as well as save time and money.
