Zadovoljstvo turistov s ponudbo turističnih kmetij na območju občine Brežice

Abstract

Turizem na kmetiji je ena od najpogostejših dopolnilnih dejavnosti, za katero se odločajo slovenski kmetje. V občini Brežice imamo kar nekaj turističnih kmetij, v diplomskem delu pa smo obravnavali pet turističnih kmetij, in sicer: turistično kmetijo Pri Martinovih, turistično kmetijo Vimpolšek, turistično kmetijo Zevnik, turistično kmetijo Juričko in turistično kmetijo Istenič, ter analizirali zadovoljstvo turistov s ponudbo obravnavanih turističnih kmetij. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojma »turizem na podeželju« ter »turizem na kmetiji«, obravnavali pa smo tudi pojem »zadovoljstvo turista«. Zadovoljstvo turista je želja vsakega podjetja, je vir konkurenčne prednosti, zadovoljni gosti pa prinašajo številne poslovne koristi. S kvalitativno raziskavo smo s pomočjo intervjuvanja nosilcev dopolnile dejavnosti na obravnavanih kmetijah spoznali, kako spremljajo zadovoljstvo in želje gostov, kakšno segmentacijo gostov imajo, kako tržijo svojo ponudbo in ali imajo načrte za nadaljnji razvoj. S kvantitativno raziskavo pa smo s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov ugotavljali, kakšno je splošno zadovoljstvo turistov z obravnavanimi turističnimi kmetijami ter kakšne so njihove želje in predlogi k izboljšavi oziroma dopolnitvi njihove ponudbe. Na podlagi obeh raziskav smo podali ugotovitve ter predloge za izboljšavo ponudb na obravnavanih turističnih kmetijah.

Secondary abstract:	Farm tourism is one of the most common supplementary activities that Slovenian farmers opt for. We have quite a few tourist farms in the municipality of Brežice. The diploma work discusses five tourist farms, namely: tourist farm Pri Martinovih, tourist farm Vimpolšek, tourist farm Zevnik, tourist farm Juričko, and tourist farm Istenič, and analyzes how satisfied the tourists are with their offer. In the theoretical part, we presented the concepts of "rural tourism" and "farm tourism", and we also discussed the concept of "tourist satisfaction". Tourist satisfaction is what every company desires to achieve, as it is a source of competitive advantage, and satisfied guests bring many business benefits. For the qualitative research, we used interviews with operators of supplementary activities on the farms in question, to learn how they monitor the satisfaction and needs of their guests, what segmentation of guests they have, how they market their offers, and whether they have plans for further development. For quantitative research, we used questionnaires to determine the general satisfaction of tourists with the tourist farms in question, as well as their wishes and suggestions for improving or supplementing the offers. Based on both surveys, we presented findings and suggestions for improving the offers of these tourist farms.
