Abstract

Diplomska naloga je nastala na podlagi industrijskega projekta, ki je bil izveden v okviru podjetja Eksist d.o.o. in v sodelovanju z njihovim naročnikom. Naloga opisuje izdelavo elektro-krmilnega sistema za vakuumski transporter odpadkov. Naročnik je želel zasnovo elektro-krmilnega dela narediti popolnoma na novo, neodvisno od obstoječih krmilij za podobne stroje, in sicer zaradi možnosti prenosa izdelanih načrtov in programov na druge tovrstne projekte. V prvem poglavju je opisano delovanje sistema, njegovi sestavni deli, režimi delovanja, zasnova elektro načrta, zahteve za izdelavo PLK programa in uporabniškega vmesnika ter uporabljena orodja. Drugo poglavje je posvečeno izdelavi sistema. Najprej je predstavljeno načrtovanje elektro-krmilja, nato izdelava elektro načrta glede na podatke iz faze projektiranja. Nazadnje je prikazana še izdelava krmilnega dela s poudarkom na načrtovanju programske kode za krmilnik Siemens S7-1500SP in izgradnji uporabniškega vmesnika v programskem okolju TIA portal.

Secondary abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on an industrial project that was carried out in cooperation with the company Eksist d.o.o. and its client. The thesis describes the making of an electrical control system for a vacuum conveying system. The client wanted an entirely new design for the electrical control system, independent from the existing controls for comparable machines because of possible design and program transfer to other similar projects. The first chapter describes the operating of the system and its components, operation modes, the electrical scheme design, the requirements for PLC programming, the user interface, and the tools used. Chapter Two is dedicated to the making of the system. First, we present the design of the electrical control system then the electrical scheme is drawn up according to the data from the design phase. Finally, the making of the controller with the focus on designing a programming code for the Siemens S7-1500SP controller and the construction of a user interface in the TIA portal software environment is presented.
