Abstract

Lepljeni spoji postajajo vedno bolj pomemben način spajanja sestavnih delov predvsem zaradi manjše teže in odličnega vpliva na trajno dinamično trdnost. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni načini s katerimi lepila omogočajo prenašanje sil, reološke lastnosti lepil itn. Podrobneje so predstavljeni reaktivni akrili in vplivi temperature na hitrost strjevanja in debeline lepila na njihovo trdnost. V eksperimentalnem delu so izvedeni preizkusi trdnosti lepljenega spoja pri strižnem in nateznem obremenjevanju za dve debelini lepila. Pri obeh načinih obremenjevanja se je izmerilo naraščanje trdnosti lepila s časom strjevanja. Analiziralo se je tudi vpliv slabšalnih pogojev po 100 h na trdnost spoja. Ti vplivi so povišana temperatura, termošok in izpostavitev mazalnim sredstvom.

Secondary title: Experimental analysis of adhesive joints for different metals
Secondary abstract: Adhesive joints are becoming an increasing trend for joining parts, primarily because of decreased weight and soothing impact on dynamic strength. In theoretical part of this thesis the means by which adhesive joints carry loads are presented together with their rheological properties and. Reactive acrylics are presented in more detail, mostly the effect of temperature on their rate of cure and thickness of adhesive on their strength. Shear and tensile test were performed in the experimental part for two adhesive thicknesses. In both loading conditions the effect of a curing time on the strength of the bond was examined. Analysis of detrimental conditions on adhesive joint was analysed. Conditions were exposure to high temperature, thermoshock an exposure to lubricants. Result show that the strength of the bond in tensile loading is half of the strength in shear. Adhesive thickness does not affect the strength it only affect the rate of cure. Detrimental conditions did not affect the strength of the bond.
