Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo izdelali predlog poslovnega načrta za novoustanovljno podjetje Partner M&L. Podjetje se bo ukvarjalo s storitvijo upravljanja družbenih omrežij za druge poslovne subjekte B2B in poslovnim svetovanjem. Upravljanje družbenih medijev je postopek ustvarjanja, objavljanja, promocije in kreiranja vsebin na kanalih družbenih medijev, kot sta Facebook in Instagram. V diplomskem delu smo preučili strokovno literaturo s področja podjetništva, družbenih omrežij in povratne logistike. Ugotovili smo, da so spremembe v poslovnem svetu stalnica. Bistveni vpliv na poslovno okolje je imel razvoj interneta in s tem razvoj družabnih omrežij. Družabna omrežja pa so prinesla spremembe v marketingu, načinu komuniciranja in skrbi za stranke. Prisotnost na družbenih omrežjih je danes nujna. Izdelali smo anketni vprašalnik in izvedli raziskavo s katerimi izzivi se podjetja srečujejo pri upravljanju družbenih profilov. Izsledki raziskave kažejo, da veliko podjetij nima ne znanja ne časa za upravljanje le-teh. 57 % vprašanih bi za upravljanje zato najelo zunanjega izvajalca. Na vprašanje ali imajo težave z vračili, pa je 45 % vprašanjih odgovorilo pritrdilno. Dobro obvladovanje logističnih procesov je nujno za uspešnost vsake fizične in spletne prodaje, pomeni pa tudi nižje stroške za ravnanje z izdelki za stranke ter zanesljivost, prožnost in hitrost oskrbe. Namen diplomskega dela je, da skozi celotno strukturo poslovnega načrta obdelamo vse elemente poslovnega načrta ter ugotovimo ali je poslovna ideja trženja produktov za druge poslovne subjekte z uporabo prodajnega kanala družbenih omrežij smotrna. Ugotovili smo, da je poslovni model, ki ga razvijamo zaželen in predvideva uspešno realizacijo ciljev.

In the diploma work, we prepared a business proposal for the newly established company, Partner M&L. The company will be engaged in the service of social network management for other business entities B2B and business consulting. Social media management is the process of creating, publishing, promoting and creating content on social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. In the diploma work we examined the professional literature in the field of entrepreneurship, social networks and return logistics. We have found that change in the business world is constant. The development of the Internet and thus the development of social networks had a significant impact on the business environment. Social networks, however, have brought changes in marketing, the way we communicate and care for customers. A presence on social media is a must in today’s environment. We developed a questionnaire and conducted a survey of the challenges that companies face in managing social profiles. The results of the research show that many companies have neither the knowledge nor the time to manage them. 57% of respondents would therefore outsource management. When asked if they had problems with refunds, 45% of the questions answered in the affirmative. Good management of logistics processes is essential for the success of any physical and online sales, but also means lower costs for handling customer products and reliability, flexibility and speed of supply. The purpose of the diploma work is to process all elements of the business plan through the entire structure of the business plan and determine whether the business idea of marketing products for other business entities using the sales channel of social networks is reasonable. We have found that the business model we are developing is desirable and envisages the successful realization of goals. |
