Abstract

V diplomskem delu je izvedena analiza kibernetsko varnostnih tveganj vodovoda in pripadajočih vodnih zajetij. Prvi del naloge obsega teoretične osnove s področja kibernetske varnosti, kritične infrastrukture in metodologij za ocenjevanje kibernetskih tveganj. Praktični del diplomskega dela pa zajema popis vseh dobrin informacijskega sistema, ocene njihove vrednosti ter stopnje ranljivosti, definiranje možnih groženj in oceno pogostosti uresničitve ter analizo tveganj, izvedeno po kvalitativni metodi v skladu s standardom ISO/IEC 27005:2011. Sledi predstavitev rezultatov izvedene analize. Na njihovi podlagi so podani predlogi izboljšav za zmanjšanje stopnje tveganja.

Secondary title: Assessing the cybersecurity risks of critical infrastructure
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, an analysis of the cybersecurity risks of the water supply system and the associated water catchments is performed. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical basis in the field of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and methodologies for assessing cyber risks. The practical part of the thesis includes an inventory of all information system assets, assessment of their value and vulnerability level, identification of possible threats, and assessment of the occurrence rate, as well as the risk analysis, which is performed using a qualitative approach in accordance with ISO / IEC 27005: 2011. The results are presented, analysed, and discussed. Based on these, suggestions for improvements to reduce the level of risk are given.
