Vloga Grossmannovega festivala pri razvoju turizma v Prlekiji

Abstract

V zaključnem delu obravnavamo vlogo Grossmannovega festivala pri razvoju turizma v Prlekiji. Predstavljamo kulturni turizem kot eno izmed najpomembnejših panog na področju turizma. V to panogo sta vključena tudi prireditveni in festivalski turizem. Želeli smo raziskati vpliv na destinacijo, ki ga imajo razne prireditve. Z uporabo metod analize, deskripcije in delno strukturiranega intervjuja smo ugotovili, da so prireditve zelo pomemben del turizma ter da imajo velik vpliv na destinacijo, na kateri se odvijajo. Ugotovili smo, da je vloga Grossmannovega festivala pri razvoju turizma v Prlekiji velika in pomembna. Preko intervjujev z organizatorji festivala in podžupanom občine Ljutomer smo ugotovili, da je Grossmannov festival ena najpomembnejših in najbolj obiskanih atrakcij mesta Ljutomer. Ugotovili smo tudi, da ima izpad prireditev zaradi covida-19 zelo negativen vpliv na destinacijo.

Secondary abstract:	In our thesis, we discuss the role of the Grossmann Festival in the development of tourism in Prlekija. We have presented cultural tourism as one of the most important subtypes in the field of tourism. Event and festival tourism are also included in this subtype. We wanted to explore the impact on the destination that various events have. Using the methods of analysis, description and a partially structured interview, we found that events are a very important part of tourism and that they have a great impact on the destination, on which they take place. We found that the role of the Grossmann Festival in the development of tourism in Prlekija is great and important. Through interviews with the organizers of the festival and the deputy mayor of the municipality of Ljutomer, we found out that the Grossmann festival is one of the most important and one of the most visited attractions in the city of Ljutomer. We also found that the shortage of events due to Covid 19 has a very negative impact on the destination.
