Secondary abstract: | In the thesis we explore the introduction of work remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic in a major Slovenian bank. We are investigating the regulation of remote work and critical infrastructure that determines the reaction in the event of a pandemic. We identify the difficulties faced by the employer in carrying out work in business premises and working remotely. The survey explores the satisfaction of workers facing a new form of work. We are also interested in providing equipment for employees at a distance. We note that the employer has taken swift and comprehensive action to make workers happy and that new ways of working have been developed, which will be put into effect in the period after the end of the pandemic. |
