Abstract

V današnjem času je vedno večja potreba po sistemih, s katerimi se lahko shrani, nadzoruje in analizira podatke v proizvodnem procesu. Narašča želja po čim večji energetski učinkovitosti, naj bo to zaradi okoljevarstvenih ali ekonomskih razlogov. V nalogi razvijemo sistem, ki zbira in prikazuje podatke uporabniku tako, da si uporabnik z njimi pomaga razbrati največje porabe energentov. Zato sistem razvijemo po priporočilih standarda ISO 50001. Standard ISO 50001 je mednarodno priznan standard, ki je namenjen izdelavi upravljalnega ogrodja, ki organizacijam pomaga doseči energijske cilje. Sistema ima strukturo odjemalec-strežnik, kjer strežniški del aplikacije bere podatke iz senzorjev industrijskih krmilnikov v podatkovno bazo. Odjemalski del sistema te podatke s klici na strežniški del sistema pridobi iz podatkovne baze in jih prikazuje na uporabniku prijazen način.

Secondary title: System for acquisition, visualization, and analysis of production process data
Secondary abstract: Nowadays, the demand for systems that can store, control, and analyze production process data increases. Moreover, lately, the need for energy efficiency is rising, may that be for environmental or economic reasons. This thesis aims to develop a system that collects and displays data to a user and helps him focus on the largest energy consumers. That is why we design the system according to the ISO 50001 standard. ISO 50001 is an internationally recognized standard and provides guidelines to organizations for constructing a management framework for achieving energy goals. The system is a client-server application, where the server-side reads data from sensors connected to industrial controllers and store it in a database. Then, using calls to the server-side, the client-side reads data from the database and displays it user-friendly.
