Abstract
Da se trg dela nenehno spreminja, je dokaj normalno, vendar se s tem spreminjajo tudi različni načini opravljanja dela. V zadnjem dobrem letu in pol nas je epidemija koronavirusne bolezni Covid-19 pripeljala do množične spremembe dela in uvedbe dela na domu, ki je atipična oblika dela, ter se v Sloveniji v preteklosti ni uveljavljala prav pogosto.
Prav zaradi hitrega širjenja virusa in preprečevanja okužb na delovnem mestu je marsikatero podjetje svojim zaposlenim odredilo, naj svoje delo opravljajo v zavetju varnega doma. Podjetja so bila praktično čez noč prisiljena začeti s povsem drugačnim načinom dela.
V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali, kako je v Zavodu Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje potekalo delo na domu in z raziskavo skušali ugotoviti, s katerimi izzivi so se zaposleni spoprijemali pri vzpostavitvi delovnega okolja na domu. Na temelju raziskave smo prišli do zaključka, da se je delo na domu v Zavodu Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje dobro sprejelo in se uveljavilo, kar nakazuje tudi to, da je zaposlenim tudi v prihodnje omogočeno tovrstno opravljanje dela.

It is quite normal for the labour market to change constantly, and with it the different ways of working. Over the last year and a half, the COVID-19 epidemic has brought about massive changes to work and has introduced work from home, which is an atypical form of work that was not implemented very often in Slovenia in the past.
Due to the fast spread of the virus and to prevent infections in the workplace many companies ordered their employees to work from the safety of their homes. Companies were forced virtually overnight to introduce a completely different way of working.
The diploma thesis examined how work from home was carried out at the Employment Service of Slovenia. The aim of the research was to determine which challenges the employees faced when setting up a working environment at home. Based on the research results, it has been concluded that work from home was accepted and established well at the Employment Service of Slovenia, which is also evident in the fact that employees can continue to work from home in the future. |
