Abstract

V zaključni nalogi sem obravnaval problematiko zaznavanja zrakotesnosti zračne vzmeti. Poiskati sem moral metodo za preverjanje tesnjenja v realnem času procesa. Iz izbora znanih metod sem po primerjavi izbral dve metodi, ki sta bile najprimernejši: metoda s helijevim zaznavalom ter metoda s preverjanjem padca tlaka. Za izbrani metodi sem prikazal osnovne karakteristike, prednosti in slabosti obeh metod. Obe metodi sta se izkazali kot optimalni za naš primer, vendar je metoda s helijevim zaznavalom bolj natančna. Cenovno bolj dostopna je metoda s preverjanjem padca tlaka saj potrebujemo le senzor, pri metodi s helijevim zaznavalom pa rabimo komoro, helij ter napravo, ki zaznava količino helija.

Secondary title: Development of a method for testing air leakage of air spring
Secondary abstract: In the final thesis, I discussed the problem of detecting the airtightness of the air spring. I had to find a method to check the leak in real-time of the process. From the selection of known methods, I selected two methods that were the most suitable: the helium sensor method and the pressure drop verification method. For the selected methods, I presented the basic characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of both methods. Both methods have proven to be optimal for our case. However, the helium sensor method is more accurate. The pressure drop verification method is more affordable because it requires only a sensor. However, the helium sensor method requires helium, the chamber and device which detect the amount of helium.
