Abstract

S senzorji merimo različne veličine v različnih razmerah. Zvarni spoj ohišja mora biti dovolj kakovosten, da prenese določene obremenitve. V okviru zaključne naloge smo zavarili vzorce ohišja senzorja iz polimera PC-ABS s postopkom ultrazvočnega varjenja. Pri varjenju smo spreminjali nekatere parametre in shranjevali podatke, ki jih je beležila naprava. Po varjenju je sledila vizualna kontrola zvarnih spojev, s katero smo določili napake na zvarih. Ugotovili smo, da odvečni material zaradi dolivka vpliva na kakovost in izgled zvara. Z zmanjšanjem razdalje med varjencema dobimo bolj kakovosten zvar. S kombiniranjem kosov ohišij z različnimi materialnimi lastnostmi in zamenjavo dobimo zvarni spoj z manj napakami.

Secondary abstract: We use sensors to measure different quantities in different conditions. The welded joint of the housing must be of sufficient quality to withstand certain loads. As part of the thesis, we welded the sensor housing samples from PC-ABS polymer by the ultrasonic welding process. During welding, we changed some parameters and stored data recorded by the device. Welding was followed by visual inspection of welded joints, which was used to determine defective welds. We found that the excess material, due to the sprue, affects the quality and appearance of the weld. By reducing the distance between the welding parts, we get a better weld quality. By combining pieces of housings with different material properties and replacement, we obtain a welded joint with fewer defects.
