Abstract

V zaključni nalogi bom predstavil razvoj koncepta za pobiranje in transport kravjih izločkov z umetnih tal v zalogovnik robota. Transportni podsistem sem razvili z uporabo VDI 2221 metode. Izdelati je bilo potrebno učinkovit koncept, ki bo enostaven za montažo, vzdrževanje ter popravila. Iz vidika stroškov ter zahtevnosti izdelave bom uporabil standardne komponente, kjer je to mogoče. V okviru naloge sem izdelal prostorski model podsistema ter njegovo namestitev v ohišje robota. Predstavil bom razvoj koncepta v več zaporednih iteracijah, s pomočjo katerih koncept ustreza začetnim zahtevam in specifikacijam. Najbolj se bom osredotočil na transportni trak ter elektromotor, ki sta ključna elementa podsistema.

Secondary title: Development of a solution for the removal of cow excrement on artificial soils
Secondary abstract: In the assignment, I will present the development of a concept for the collection and transport of cow excreta from artificial ground to the robot's hopper. The transport subsystem was developed using the VDI 2221 method. An efficient concept had to be developed that would be easy to install, maintain and repair. In terms of cost and complexity, I will use standard components where possible. As part of this assignment, I have created a spatial model of the subsystem and its installation in the robot housing. I will present the development of the concept in several successive iterations to meet the initial requirements and specifications. I will focus most on the conveyor belt and the electric motor, which are key elements of the subsystem.
