Abstract

V strojništvu je uporaba hitro odzivnih ventilov za raznovrstne aplikacije vse pogostejša. Na trgu prevladujejo oljno-hidravlični hitro odzivni ventili, vodno-hidravličnih pa primanjkuje. Namen zaključne naloge je predelava obstoječega oljno-hidravličnega ventila v ventil s podobno odzivnostjo v vodi. Na podlagi meritev smo pokazali, da je izdelava hitro odzivnega vodno-hidravličnega ventila mogoča.

Secondary abstract: In the mechanical engineering industry, especially in the sub-sector of hydraulics, the use and application of rapid response valves is becoming more and more common every day. They are operated with oil as the main pressure medium. However, there is an alternative fluid that can be used as a potentially cheaper and more effective substitute - water. The main objective of this thesis was to attempt to convert an existing oil pressure valve into a water pressure valve to achieve a similar response. Based on extensive measurement and test experiments, we can conclude that the fabrication of such valves is possible.
