Abstract

Vsako požarno analizo nosilne konstrukcije stavbe v grobem delimo v tri bistvene faze: (i) analiza razvoja temperature zraka v delu stavbe, kjer gori, (ii) analiza posledičnega naraščanja temperature materiala nosilne konstrukcije tega dela stavbe in (končno) (iii) mehanski odziv nosilne konstrukcije tega dela stavbe (analiza možne porušitve) zaradi njenih povišanih temperatur.

Secondary title: Fire anlysis of reinforced concrete structure
Secondary abstract: Every fire analysis of a building is in general divided in three phases: (i) analysis on the development of temperature of gas inside the fire-affected compartment of the building, (ii) analysis on rising temperature of materials used in the structural elements and (finally), (iii) mechanical analysis of the structure (analysis of possible structural collapse on account of the rising material temperatures). According to Eurocode, each of those phases may be performed with simplified or advanced calculation methods. Eurocode goes into more details on the simplified methods. However, in terms of the advanced methods, the exact procedure is more in the hands of each individual designer (his know-how). This graduation thesis presents on a practical example the basic principles of all the three phases by using both simpler and more advanced approaches. A case of a real building is analysed, and its main characteristics are based on characteristics of a building from Jesenice (Slovenia), which was affected by a severe fire in late 2016. A couple of details is available in literature about this particular building and this particular fire including information about the corresponding fire-induced damage to the building%s load-bearing structure. The latter provide a good basis for final validation of the calculation results presented in the thesis.
