Abstract

Uporaba obnovljivih virov energije je zelo pomembna. Zato je treba raziskovati kateri viri so najbolj učinkoviti. Eden izmed najbolj učinkovitih virov je lesna biomasa, kar so tudi lesni peleti. V zadnjih letih se njihova uporaba povečuje. Glavni razlog za to gre iskati v tem, da so peleti narejeni iz obnovljivega vira, ki ga ima Slovenija v izobilju. Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na les in lesne pelete. Opisane so tehnološke faze proizvodnje lesnih pelet, njihovo zgorevanje, veljavni standardi in njihove zahteve. Predstavljena je kalorimetrija in kalorimeter C200 IKA, s katerim določamo kurilnost oziroma zgorevalno toploto trdih in tekočih goriv. Podrobneje so opisane tudi njegove tri avtomatske metode merjenja. V sklopu praktičnega dela diplomske naloge je opravljena primerjava povprečnih rezultatov treh posameznih avtomatskih metod merjenja. Narejena je analiza lesa in lesnih pelet. Izbrali smo dve vrsti lesa in tri vrste pelet. Analizirali smo delež pepela, vsebnost higrovlage in zgorevalno toploto. Po opravljeni analizi smo pelete razvrstili v kakovostne razrede.

Secondary abstract: The use of renewable energy sources is very important. Therefore, all the resources that are most effective should be used. One of the most effective sources is wood biomass, which is also wood pellets. In recent years, their use has increased. The main reason for this is that the pellets are made from a renewable source, which Slovenia has in abundance. The thesis focuses on wood and wood pellets. The technological stages of wood pellet production, their combustion, applicable standards and their requirements are described. Calorimetry and calorimeter C200 IKA are presented, which determine the calorific value or combustion heat of solid and liquid fuels. Its three automatic measurement methods are also described in more detail. As part of the practical part of the diploma thesis, a comparison of the average results of three individual automatic measurement methods is performed. An analysis of wood and wood pellets was made. We chose two types of wood and three types of pellets. We analyzed the ash content, hygrohumid content and combustion heat. After the analysis, the pellets were classified into quality classes.
