Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Vpliv spodbudnega učnega okolja na moralni razvoj predšolskih otrok je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pomen kakovostne izobrazbe, ki je temelj vzgoje v sodobni družbi, opredelili smo značilnosti učnega okolja in dali večji poudarek spodbudnemu učnemu okolju. Nekaj besed smo nato namenili tudi moralnemu razvoju predšolskih otrok, kjer smo opredelili teorije moralnega razvoja, vpliv negativnih in pozitivnih odzivov odraslih oseb na moralni razvoj, opredelili smo tudi vpliv vzgoje in vrstnikov na ponotranjanje pravil ter njihov splošen vpliv na moralni razvoj. V empiričnem delu smo raziskali mnenje strokovnih delavcev o vplivu spodbudnega učnega okolja na kriterije kakovosti in otrokov celostni razvoj, razvitost komponent moralnega razvoja v predšolskem obdobju, pogostost vključevanja dejavnosti s področja moralnega razvoja tako v načrtovane dejavnosti kot tudi v dnevno rutino. Zanimalo nas je tudi mnenje strokovnih delavcev o razvitosti prosocialnega vedenja v predšolskem obdobju ter kako anketirani reagirajo ob moralno nezaželenem obnašanju otroka. Na koncu nas je zanimalo mnenje o vplivu nekaterih dejavnikov na oblikovanje otrokovega moralnega vrednotenja in presojanja.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis titled The impact of a stimulating learning environment on the moral development of a preschool child consists of a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we introduced the importance of a quality education, which is a basis of education in a modern society, defined the traits of a learning environment and gave more emphasis to a stimulating learning environment. In a few words we also discussed the moral development of preschool children, where we defined theories of moral development, the impact of negative and positive reactions of adults on moral development, also outlined the influence of upbringing and peers on internalization of rules and their general impact on moral development. In the empirical part we looked into expert workers' opinions on the impact of a stimulating learning environment on quality criteria and child's overall development, advancement of moral development components in preschool period, the frequency of integration of activities from the field of moral development into planned activities as well as in daily routine. We were also interested in expert workers' views on the development of prosocial behaviour in preschool period and how the interviewees reacted when witnessing child's morally unwanted behaviour. Finally, we were interested in views on the influence of some factors on a child's moral valuation and judgement development.
