Abstract

Magistrsko delo vsebuje opis izdelave računskega modela za analizo sintranih zobnikov z uporabo numerične simulacije. V začetku je podanih nekaj teoretičnih osnov utrujanja materialov in tehnologije sintranja. Praktični primer sintranega zobnika je razdeljen na tri dele. Vsak del vsebuje določitev materialnih podatkov, robnih pogojev in predstavitev rezultatov numerične analize. Prvi del zajema trdnostno analizo. Drugi del vsebuje izračun življenjske dobe do iniciacije razpoke v korenu zoba zobnika. V tretjem delu prikazuje model z začetno razpoko in izračun življenjske dobe med širjenjem razpoke. V zadnjem delu je izračunana skupna življenjska doba. Na koncu je izdelana še primerjava dobljenih rezultatov z eksperimentalnimi.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis contains a description of the computational model for the analysis of sintered gears using numerical simulations. In the beginning, some theoretical bases of material fatigue and sintering technologies are given. The practical example of a sintered gear is divided into three parts. Each part contains the determination of material parameters, boundary conditions and a presentation of the results of numerical analyzes. The first part covers strength analysis. The second part contains calculation of the crack initiation period at the root tooth of the gear. The third part shows the model with initial crack and calculation of crack propagation period. In the last part, the total fatigue life is calculated. Finally, a comparison of the obtained results with the experimental ones was made.
