Konfiguracija domene za omrežje z več lokacijami

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen potek konfiguriranja in vzpostavitve domene za omrežje z več lokacijami. V obravnavani organizaciji obstoječa domena ni ustrezala zahtevam in je imela veliko pomanjkljivosti. Cilj diplomskega dela je bila posodobitev zastarele, nefunkcionalne in varnostno tvegane strojne, programske in komunikacijske opreme. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene najpomembnejše tehnologije in programska orodja za izvedbo projekta, v eksperimentalnem pa je prikazano konfiguriranje skupne domene na več lokacijah podjetja. Prenovljena domena omogoča enostavno, varno in hitro povezovanje naprav, storitev ter aplikacij ne glede na mesto opravljanja dela. Odstranjene so ranljivosti starega omrežja, izboljšan je postopek izdelave varnostnih kopij, saj podjetje kritične informacijske vire replicira v realnem času. Vse izboljšave so pomembne tudi zaradi nemotenega dela v času pandemije s COVID-19.

Secondary abstract:	In the graduate thesis, we present the configuration flow for establishment of the domain for network with more locations. The existing system didn't meet the requirements of the organization and had many issues. The goal was to update and upgrade obsolete, non-functional and security-risky hardware, software and communication equipment. The theoretical part presents the most important technologies and software tools for project implementation, while the experimental part shows the configuration of a common domain at several locations of the company. The renewed domain enables easy, secure and fast connection of devices, services and applications regardless of the place of work. The vulnerabilities of the old network have been removed, the backup process has been improved, and the company replicates critical information sources in real time. All improvements are also important due to smooth operation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
