Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisana izdelava nadzornega sistema SCADA za spremljanje in nadzor procesa proizvodnje pečic. Izdelal sem vmesnik, ki bo operaterjem pomagal nadzorovati proces izdelovanja obodov pečic. Nadzorni sistem je bil izdelan s programsko opremo Siemens WinCC v programu TIA Portal V16. Naloga opisuje nadzorne sisteme in programske pakete, ki sem jih uporabljal. Predstavil sem tudi izdelavo celotnega nadzornega sistema in izdelavo programskih funkcij v glavnemu programu, ki so potrebne za delovanje nadzornega sistema. Za izdelavo nadzornega sistema je bilo potrebno dobro poznavanje programskega paketa TIA Portal in celotnega procesa izdelovanja obodov pečic.

Secondary title: Development of supervision system for oven manufacturing process
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes the development of a supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) for the manufacturing process of the ovens. I designed an interface that will help the operators in supervision and control of the oven rim manufacturing process. The system is developed in Siemens software tool WinCC in the TIA Portal V16. In the thesis, SCADA systems and the software packages I used are presented. Furthermore, the entire control device and program functions in the main program, which are necessary for the operation of the control system, are described. To create such a system, it was necessary to have a good knowledge of TIA Portal software packages as well as the entire process of making the perimeters.
