Abstract
Sodelovanje je pomembno pri oblikovanju vzgojno-izobraževalnega procesa. Še posebej pomembno je sodelovanje med učitelji ter šolsko svetovalno službo. Raziskovalni problem se nanaša na sodelovanje šolske svetovalne službe in učiteljev. V teoretičnem delu naloge je predstavljena šolska svetovalna služba in njene glavne naloge, v nadaljevanju pa je povezana s stroko socialne pedagogike. Poudarjen je pomen sodelovanja z učitelji, kakšne možnosti sodelovanja imajo ter kje se lahko pojavljajo ovire pri sodelovanju. V empiričnem delu naloge me je zanimalo, kako sodelovanje šolskih svetovalnih delavcev in učiteljev dojemajo šolski svetovalni delavci. Raziskala sem, kako pogosto in na kakšne načine sodelujejo in s kakšnimi ovirami se srečujejo pri medsebojnem sodelovanju. Pri iskanju odgovorov na raziskovalna vprašanja je bil uporabljen kvantitativni raziskovalni pristop. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 80 šolskih svetovalnih delavcev. Z ugotovitvami, do katerih sem prišla z izvedeno raziskavo, sem prispevala k stroki socialne pedagogike in k svetovalnemu delu v osnovni šoli. Ugotovila sem, kje šolski svetovalni delavci vidijo ovire sodelovanja ter kje so možne spremembe.

Secondary abstract: |
Cooperation is important when designing an educational process. Especially important is the collaboration with teachers and the schools counseling service. The research project refers to the cooperation of the schools counseling service and teachers. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the school counseling service and its main tasks are presented, and in the continuation it's connected with the profession of social pedagogy. The importance of working with teachers is emphasized, as well as what opportunities for cooperation they have and where obstacles may occur. In the empirical part, I was interested in how the partnership is perceived by school counselors. I researched how often and in what ways they work together as well as what kind of obstacles they face when working together. A quantitative research approach was used to find the answers to the research questions. 80 school counselors were included in the survey. With the findings I came to with the concluded research, I contributed to the profession of social pedagogy and counseling work in primary schools. I found out, where school counselors see barriers in collaboration as well as where change can be made. |
