Abstract

V raziskavi smo analizirali gospodarjenje z zasebnimi gozdovi po kupoprodajah gozdov na primeru OE Murska Sobota in uresničevanje ciljev gozdne politike na področju posestne strukture gozdov v obdobju od leta 2005 do leta 2015. V raziskavi nas je zanimalo, ali se s spremembo lastništva gozdnega zemljišča spremeni intenzivnost gospodarjenja z njim (merjeno s količino poseka in izvedenimi gozdnogojitvenimi deli). Ugotovili smo, da se s spremembo lastništva poveča intenzivnost gospodarjenja, na kar kažejo podatki, da je bilo po menjavi lastništva izdanih skoraj enkrat več odločb za možni posek kot pred menjavo. Tudi količina možnega poseka se je že v prvem letu po menjavi lastništva izrazito povečala na parcelah, ki so bile predmet kupoprodaje, in v enakem obdobju bistveno manj količina za možni posek na gozdnih površinah celotnega območja OE Murska Sobota. Ravno tako se je po menjavi lastništva povečala površina, na katerih so bila izvedena gozdnogojitvena dela. V kolikor bi želeli ugotovitve posploševati, bi bila potrebna raziskava v daljšem časovnem obdobju in na območju celotne Slovenije.

Secondary abstract: The study analyzed the management of private forests after the sale of forests in the case of OE Murska Sobota and the implementation of forest policy objectives in the field of forest ownership in the period from 2005 to 2015. In the study we were interested in whether the change in forest land ownership changes the intenity We found out that the change in ownership increases the intensity of management, as evidenced by the fact that after the change of ownership, almost once more decisions were issued for possible felling than before the change. The quantity of possible felling also increased significantly in the first year after the change of ownership on the plots that were the subject of sale, and the same period significantly less the amount for possible felling on forest areas of the entire area of OE Murska Sobota. In order to generalize the findings, research would be needed over a longer period of time and in the entire terriotory of Slovenia.
