magistrsko delo

Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela je bil preveriti, kako se različni deli trtne cepljenke (cepič, ključ podlage in korenine) po siljenju in klasiranju odzovejo na nivoju sekundarnega metabolizma t.j. fenolnih spojin, glede na zdravstveno stanje cepičev sorte 'Cabernet sauvignon' (zdravi (ZDR), okuženi brez bolezenskih znamenj (OKŽ) in okuženi z bolezenskimi znamenji (SIMP) ter način razkuževanja zoper bolezni lesa vinske trte (BLVT). Cepiče smo pred cepljenjem razkuževali s pripravki Beltanol, Serenade, Remedier, Bioaction, sodo bikarbono ter s kombinacijo Beltanola in termoterapije (Beltanol+Tt).

Secondary title: Impacts of disinfectants on the formation of phenolic compounds In the scion, rootstock cane and roots of grafts of grapevine (Vitis Vinifera L.) 'Cabernet sauvignon' variety
Secondary abstract: The aim of the study of MSc thesis was to check how different parts of the grapevine graft (graft, rootstock cane and roots) after callusing and ranking respond at the level of secondary metabolism, i.e. phenolic compounds, according to the health status of 'Cabernet sauvignon' variety scions (healthy (ZDR), infected without disease symptoms (OKŽ) and infected with disease symptoms (SIMP) and the method of disinfection against grapevine trunk diseases (BLVT). Before grafting, the scions were treated with Beltanol, Serenade, Remedier, Bioaction, Sodium bicarbonate and with a combination of Beltanol and thermotherapy (Beltanol+Tt). After graft ranking, the rootstock canes of grafts with ZDR scions had 2.2 to 2.4 times higher content of phenolic compounds than the rootstock canes of grafts with SIMP and OKŽ scions. After callusing, the wood of OKŽ scions treated with Beltanol and Remedier had a significantly highest flavanol (FLV) content. Furthermore, after graft ranking, the significantly highest FLV contents were found in OKŽ scions treated with Beltanol, Beltanol+Tt, Bioaction and Serenade, while in SIMP scions treated with Beltanol and Sodium bicarbonate. The results confirm that individual parts of the grapevine graft, regarding phenols syntheses, respond differently to the health status of the scions and to the disinfection method against grapevine trunk disease.
