Abstract

Vrednotenje merilne negotovosti predstavlja zelo pomemben proces pri dinamičnem uravnoteženju rotorja. Neuravnotežen rotor odpraševalne naprave lahko povzroči nepričakovane okvare in velike stroške v podjetju, posledično tudi izpad proizvodnje. Na osnovi teoretičnega znanja in izkušenj smo določili vplivne veličine in opredelili njihov vpliv na merilni rezultat. Omejili smo se le na tiste prispevke negotovosti, ki pomembno vplivajo na standardno negotovost pri uravnoteženju rotorja. Posebno pozornost smo namenili prispevkom, katerih nadzor trenutno ni povsem zadovoljiv.

Secondary abstract: The evaluation of measurement uncertainty represents a very important process in the dynamic balancing of a rotor. An unbalanced rotor can cause unexpected failures and high costs in the company, resulting in production downtime. In my master´s thesis, I evaluated the measurement uncertainty in the dynamic balancing of the rotor. Based on theoretical knowledge and experience, I determined the influential quantities and evaluated their impact on the measurement result. I have limited myself to those uncertainty contributions that significantly affect the standard uncertainty in rotor balancing. I opted only for those contributions where the control of contributions is not entirely satisfactory.
