Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava potek rednih letnih razgovorov in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s slednjimi ter vpliv razgovorov na odnose med nadrejenim in podrejenim v podjetju Premogovnik Velenje d.d.. V prvem delu naloge sem navedel nekaj najpomembnejših teoretičnih osnov s področja rednih letnih razgovorov. V nadaljevanju sem na kratko predstavil podjetje, njegovo dejavnost, strukturo, poslanstvo in nenazadnje zgodovino podjetja. V raziskovalnem delu sem izvedel anketo, s katero sem dobil odgovore na zastavljena vprašanja glede zadovoljstva z izvajanjem rednih letnih razgovorov, kot tudi njihov vpliv na odnose med zaposlenimi. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da si zaposleni želijo še več poudarka na komunikaciji in medosebnih odnosih ter s tem posledično boljšo klimo. Želijo si tudi več govora o plači, stimuliranju in nagrajevanju. V zaključnem delu sem podal nekaj predlogov za morebitne izboljšave na področju izvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov. Lahko zaključim, da so redni letni razgovori koristni, pozitivno vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih, pa tudi organizacijska klima se izboljšuje.

Secondary abstract: My diploma paper contains the course of regular annual interview and consecutive satisfaction of employees; also the effect from these discourses on relations between superior and subordinate in Premogovnik Velenje d.d. concern. In the first part of the assignment I have stated some of the most important theoretical basics from the field of regular annual interviews. Further I have also shortly introduced the concern, its activity, structure, mission and at the end also the history of the concern. In the research part I have worked with a questionnaire, by which I got answers to questions about satisfaction with execution of regular annual interviews, as also their effect on relations between employees. The results of these research showed, that employees want even more emphasis on communication and mutual relations, by that also a better atmosphere. They also want more dialogue about salaries, stimulations and fees or recompenses. In conclusion I offered some ideas and suggestions for eventual improvements on the field of executing regular annual interviews. I can conclude with the fact, that these regular annual interviews are useful, they have positive effect on motivation of employees and by that the organisation atmosphere is being improved.
