Abstract

V današnjem času velike konkurence na področju podjetništva je zelo pomembna kakovost proizvodov in storitev. Za doseganje le–te in posledično konkurenčnosti na trgu pa je nujen dobro usposobljen kader. Organizacije na različne načine skrbijo za usposabljanje kadra. Vsekakor pa mora podjetje poznati svoje zaposlene, njihove potrebe in želje, predhodno znanje ipd. Na podlagi tega ponudi vrsto izobraževanja, ki je zaposlenim najbližje in tako potrebno znanje najhitreje osvojijo. Za izobraževanje jih tudi motivira na različne načine, da lažje dosežejo visoko raven znanja. Tema diplomskega dela je motivacija za izobraževanje v podjetju Ino d.o.o. in obsega teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu se usmerim v že znane teorije in vedenja na področju izobraževanja in motivacije. V empiričnem delu diplome pa govorim o motivacijskih dejavnikih in ovirah, ki nastanejo pri izobraževanju v podjetju Ino d.o.o.. Postavljam si vprašanja o motiviranosti zaposlenih v omenjenem podjetju. Odgovore sem poiskala s pomočjo anonimne ankete, razdeljene med zaposlene v podjetju.

Secondary abstract: In today´s era of great competition in business quality of products and services is very important. To achieve the latter and, consequently, the competitive market, it is necessary well-trained staff. There are many different ways that companies train staff. However, company must be familiar with their employees, the needs and preferences of employees, their prior knowledge, etc. Based on this, company can offer the type of education that is the employees closest so they can acquire knowledge as fast as possible. Company also motivate employees in different ways for education to help them achieve a high level of knowledge. Theme of diploma is the motivation for learning in company Ino d.o.o. and extent of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we turn to theory and knowledge in the field of education and motivation. In the empirical part of the diploma we are talking about motivational factors and barriers that arise in education in company Ino d.o.o. We set questions about the motivation of employees in that company. We will find the answers through a confidential questionnaire, distributed among the employees of the company.
