Abstract

Za čim boljšo kakovost električne energije in kontinuirano dobavo porabnikom je pomembno, da sistemski operaterji pravilno upravljajo s proizvodnjo in prenosnimi vodi. Kljub vodenju pa zaradi različnih razlogov oz. naravnih in človeških napak prihaja do motenj v omrežju. Za minimizacijo okvarnih stroškov in materialne škode se poslužujemo različnih zaščitnih naprav. Da morebitne izklope omrežij zmanjšamo na kar se da majhno območje (območje priključenih porabnikov, je pomembno, da so uporabljene zaščitne naprave pravilno korigirane in nastavljene, v nasprotnem primeru imamo v omrežju nepotrebne izpade in nezadovoljne odjemalce. V tej nalogi se bomo osredotočili na distribucijsko omrežje srednje napetosti in zaščite, ki se uporabljajo na tem napetostnem nivoju. Opisan bo primer renovacije tovarne, ki je kot odjemalec priključena neposredno na srednjenapetostno omrežje, in postopek nastavljanja zaščitnih relejev.

Secondary title: Protection devices and coordination of protections on medium voltage network in the industrial environment
Secondary abstract: It is very important that system operators correctly manage the production capacities and transmission lines for best quality and continuity of supply of electrical energy to consumers. For different reasons despite all managing of the system there can occur disturbances because of natural faults or human mistakes. There are different protection devices in use to minimize failure costs and material damage. For minimizing the area (of consumers) of possible blackouts it is necessary that the right protection devices are used and they are set correctly. Otherwise we can have unnecessary shutdowns of network and consequently unhappy consumers. In this thesis we will focus on distribution network of middle voltage level and protection devices that are most commonly used on this voltage level. An example of renovation in industry hall that is directly connected onto middle voltage network will be shown along with the setting course of protection relays.
