Abstract
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, teoretični in empirični del. V prvem smo predstavili teoretične osnove na temo rednih letnih razgovorov. Podrobneje smo opisali namen in koristi rednih letnih razgovorov, pogoje za njihovo učinkovito izvedbo, pripravo na letni razgovor, njegovo vsebino, potek, uspešno vodenje ter učinke, ki jih prinaša. Predstavili smo tehnike komuniciranja med samim razgovorom, opredelili pomen dokumentiranja izvedbe letnega razgovora in aktivnosti po njem. Nadalje smo predstavili Upravno enoto Ljutomer, njeno organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo.
V drugem, empiričnem delu, ki temelji na raziskavi, opravljeni v Upravni enoti Ljutomer, smo prikazali rezultate anketnega vprašalnika za vodje in zaposlene posebej. Proučevali smo dejansko stanje na področju priprave, izvedbe in učinkov letnih razgovorov. Zanimali sta nas usposobljenost vodij in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s samim izvajanjem razgovorov ter način dokumentiranja njihove izvedbe.
Na osnovi analize rezultatov in s pomočjo teoretičnih spoznanj smo na koncu podali predloge za izboljšanje izvajanja letnih razgovorov.

The diplome work is divided into two parts theoretical and empirical. In the first part we present the theoretical basics on annual interviews. We describe in detail the purpose and benefits of regular annual meetings, the conditions for its effective implementation, preparation of the annual interview, its content, structure, effective governance and the effects that it brings. We have presented a technique of communication during the interview, identified the importance of documenting performance and implementing activities after the annual interview. Furthermore, we present the Administrative Unit Ljutomer, its organizational structure and staffing. In the second empirical part based on a survey carried out in the Administrative Unit Ljutomer, we displayed the results of a questionnaire for managers and employees separately. We studied the realities of the preparation, implementation and effects of the annual interviews. We were interested in managers skills and satisfaction of employees with annual interviews and how to document their conduct.
Based on the results and with the help of theoretical knowledge at the end we made suggestions for improving annual meetings. |
