Abstract

Magistrsko delo obsega praktično obravnavo CAD/CAM sistemov, podkrepljeno s teorijo, ki prikazuje procesni razvoj izdelka v podjetju Aluminium Kety Emmi d.o.o . V njem je od ideje do realizacije predstavljen procesni razvoj serijskega izdelka s poudarkom na CNC-obdelavi. Izdelka, omenjena v magistrski nalogi, sta prva izdelka, s katerima smo v podjetju začeli z vpeljavo 5-osne tehnologije rezkanja. V magistrskem delu so prikazana večja opravila pri izdelavi prototipov, v kar spada zasnova vpenjalnih priprav, CNC-programiranje, izdelava vpenjalnih priprav in izdelava prototipov. Pri izdelavi prototipnih izdelkov smo se skušali čim bolj približati serijskim pogojem izdelave z določenimi, naprej znanimi, omejitvami. Za izdelavo praktičnega dela naloge sta bili uporabljeni programski orodji Solidworks in Mastercam. Po prikazu izdelave prototipov je prikazana teoretična priprava na serijsko proizvodnjo izdelkov. V zaključnem delu magistrske naloge so predstavljene ugotovitve in spoznanja, pridobljena tekom izdelave prototipnih izdelkov.

Secondary title: From idea to realization - process product development
Secondary abstract: The master thesis contains a practical, theory-based examination of the systems CAD / CAM and shows the process development of a product in the company Aluminum Kety Emmi d.o.o. Within the scope of the master thesis, the process development of a serial product with the focus on CNC machining is presented from the idea to the realization. The two products dealt with in the master thesis are the first in which we have used the 5-axis milling technology. Therefore, the master thesis presents the main tasks related to prototyping. These include fixture preparation, CNC programming, fixture fabrication, and prototype construction. During prototyping, we did our best to approach the conditions of serial production with fixed boundary conditions known in advance. Solidworks and Mastercam were used as software support for the project presented in the master thesis. After the review of the prototyping process, the theoretical preparation for the serial production of the products is presented. The last part of the master thesis deals with the knowledge gained during the prototyping process.
