diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi podrobno opisujemo pomen motivacije za nadaljnje izobraževanje zaposlenih, in sicer razdeljeno na tri dele. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo izobraževanje in motivacijo, njihov pomen in vpliv na motiviranje zaposlenih.
Osrednji del naloge je sestavljen iz celotne organizacijske strukture podjetja Hipermarket Mercator Celje, dejavnosti in njegovega poslovanja, zgodovine podjetja in strateškega poslanstva v prihodnosti. Poudarek je na izvedbi ankete med zaposlenimi, s pomočjo katere smo pridobili dragocene odgovore za nadaljnjo obravnavo podatkov. V nadaljevanju naloge ugotavljamo, kaj zaposlene motivira za izobraževanje, kaj jim predstavlja oviro in kako izboljšati trenutno stanje v podjetju. Način pridobivanja podatkov je bila izvedba ankete na sedežu podjetja. S pomočjo odgovorov smo lahko izločili podatke, ki so nam omogočili kasnejše rešitve za motivacijo zaposlenih.

We are describing meaning of motivation for further education of employees in a dissertation in detail, namely separated on three parts. In part one we describe education and motivation, their meaning and influence on motivation of employees from theoretical point of view.
Central part of task is consisted of entire company Hypermarket Mercator Celje organizational structure, histories, activities and business, strategic mission within future. Emphasis is on realization of a questionnaire between employees, we gained valuable answers for further discussion of information.
We are finding out in continuation of task, what motivates employee for education, what is presenting barrier to them and how to improve current condition in the company. Realization of a questionnaire on seat of company was mode of production of information. We could set information aside by means of responses, that help us how to made solutions for motivation of employees. |
