Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili odnos starejših ljudi do telesnih aktivnosti. Opisali smo najpogostejše načine telesne aktivnosti v starosti ter vpliv telesne aktivnosti na posamezna bolezenska stanja. Posebno poglavje smo namenili vlogi medicinske sestre pri spodbujanju telesne aktivnosti v starosti.
V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli v Društvu upokojencev Hoče — Slivnica v letu 2009. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 50 upokojencev. Z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom, ki je vseboval 13 vprašanj zaprtega in odprtega tipa, smo želeli ugotoviti ali so anketirani telesno dovolj aktivni in kako telesna aktivnost vpliva na njihovo počutje in ohranjanje telesnih sposobnosti.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali da so starejši dovolj telesno aktivni in da telesna aktivnost vpliva na ohranjanje njihovih telesnih sposobnosti ter na njihovo počutje. Kar 90 odstotkov anketiranih upokojencev se zaveda, da je telesna aktivnost pomembna za zdravje in ohranitev telesne pripravljenosti in pri tem ne potrebujejo dodatne motivacije iz okolice. Anketirani so telesno aktivni večkrat na teden in najpogostejše telesne aktivnosti s katerimi se ukvarjajo so hoja, vrtnarjenje in urejanje okolice ter telovadba na domu. Anketirani so mnenja, da je zdravje v veliki meri odvisno od telesne aktivnosti.

Attitude of elderly people towards physical activity |
Secondary abstract: |
First part of this diploma represents theoretical part on relationship of older people to physical activity. We describe the most common methods of physical activity in old age and the impact of physical activity on individual medical conditions. We have a special chapter to the role of nurses in promoting physical activity in old age.
In the empirical work we present the results analysis of the research, that we conducted in the Society of pensioners in Hoče - Slivnica in 2009. The study included 50 retired. The anonymous survey questionnaire included 13 questions, we wanted to determine whether the respondents enough physical activity and how physical activity affects their welfare and conservation of physical abilities.
The result analysis showed that over a sufficiently physically active and physical activity affect the maintenance of their physical abilities and their well-being. Nearly 90 percent of pensioners surveyed are aware that physical activity is important for the health and maintenance of fitness, without requiring additional motivation from the surroundings. Sat physically active interviewed several times a week and the most common physical activity to be engaged as walking, gardening and landscaping, and home gym. Respondents believe that health is largely dependent on physical activity. |
