Abstract

Majhna in srednje velika podjetja se po večini ukvarjajo z naročniško proizvodnjo. Hitra in kvalitetna izdelava produkta je bistvenega pomena za obdržanje sedanjih strank ter pridobitev novih in posledično za dobro poslovanje podjetja. Da bi lahko to dosegli, moramo narediti optimalen razpored proizvodnje. Hitrost in kvaliteto proizvodnje lahko še povečamo, če pri izdelavi razporeda upoštevamo dejstvo, da so nekateri delavci pri opravljanju določenih delovnih nalog bolj spretni kot drugi. V tem diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj modularne spletne rešitve, ki poskrbi za čim boljšo razporeditev delavcev glede na dani razpored delovnih nalog. Pri iskanju najboljšega razporeda smo si pomagali z informacijsko tehnologijo, podprto z bazo podatkov, ter genetskimi algoritmi. Izdelana spletna rešitev izdela kvaliteten razpored v približno desetih minutah, kar je odvisno od izbire parametrov.

Secondary abstract: Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies are mainly engaged in the make-to-order production. Fast and quality manufacture of the product is essential to retain existing and attract new customers and, consequently, run a successful business. To achieve high quality and rapid manufacturing it is necessary to determine optimal production schedule. Furthermore, speed and quality of manufacturing can be improved when taking into account that each worker accomplishes some tasks better than the others. In this work we present the development of modular web solution that makes the best possible allocation of work according to the given schedule of the tasks. When looking for the best schedule, we utilized information technology, supported by the database and genetic algorithms. The web solution we have made can draw up a high quality schedule in approximately ten minutes, depending on the chosen parameters.
