Obravnava pacienta s Crohnovo boleznijo

Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena obravnava pacienta s Crohnovo boleznijo po operativnem posegu ter aktivnosti zdravstvene nege. Predstavili in opisali smo enajst funkcionalnih vzorcev zdravega obašanja Marjory Gordon. Izvedli smo študijo primera pacienta, ki je bil obravnavan po modelu Marjory Gordon.

Secondary abstract:	In the diploma thesis it is presented how to treat and nurse the patinet with Crohn's disease after on operation. The disease, causes for the occurrence, complications and treatment is described in the intoduction. We have presented and described eleven functional health patterns by Marjory Gordons model. We have performed a case study of the patient, who was treated in accordance to Marjory Gordon.
