(diplomsko delo)
Abstract
Uvod: Aritmije so motnje srčnega ritma. Bradikardije so nenormalno znižan srčni utrip.
Med bradikardije uvrščamo bolezen sinusnega vozla in atrio-ventrikularni (AV) blok I, II
in III.
Kvalitativne
podatke smo zbrali z analizo znanstveno strokovne literature in bolniškim sprejemnim
listom za anamnezo. Kvantitativne podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo telemetričnega
opazovanja.
Rezultati: Bolnike z motnjami srčnega ritma nadzorujemo s telemetrično diagnostiko. (8;
16 %) proučevanih bradikardnih bolnikov je prejelo izključno zdravljenje z zdravili, (42;
84 %) opazovanim bolnikom pa so vstavili srčni spodbujevalnik.
Razprava in sklep: Anamnestični podatki v kombinaciji s telemetričnimi izsledki olajšajo
odločitev za operativno zdravljenje bradikardnih bolnikov z vstavitvijo srčnega
spodbujevalnika.

Telemetry control of bradycardic disorders and insertion of a pacemaker |
Secondary abstract: |
Introduction: Arrhythmias are heart rhythm disorders. Bradycardias are defined as an
abnormally low heart rate. Bradycardias include sinus node disease or sick sinus
syndrome and AV block I, II and III. The most important task in the care of patients with
bradycardia is the highly professional work of nurses.
Methods: The study included 50 male and female patients who were telemetrically
observed for diagnosed bradycardia disorders and treated with medication and/or
surgery in the Department of Cardiology and Angiology. Qualitative data were collected
through analysis of scientific articles and a medical history form. Quantitative data were
collected by telemetric observation.
Results: Patients with cardiac arrhythmias were monitored using telemetry diagnostics.
Of the bradycardic patients, (8; 16%) received drug-only therapy, and (42; 84%) of the
monitored patients had a surgical pacemaker implanted. Medical history data in
combination with telemetric findings facilitate the decision for surgical therapy
(insertion of a pacemaker). Professional medical work is crucial for rapid and effective
treatment of bradycardic patients and preservation of their quality of life.
Discussion and conclusion: Bradycardic arrhythmias have been greatly increasing. As a
result, the need for medical and surgical treatment has increased. The care and
management of such patients requires well-educated and professionally trained nurses
in the field of arrhythmia, especially when it comes to triage and emergency medical work. |
