Prehod na IP telefonijo v ekonomsko-trgovski šoli

Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava sodobno komunikacijo s pomočjo IP telefonije ter uvedbo le-te v Ekonomsko - trgovski šoli Kranj. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena zgodovina in razvoj telefonije. Sledi predstavitev nove, IP telefonije ter njeno delovanje in uporaba. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je prikazan eden izmed načinov, kako se IP telefonija implementira v podjetju oziroma organizaciji; opisan je prehod iz klasične telefonije na IP telefonijo, kot so ga izvedli v Ekonomsko trgovski šoli Kranj. Prikazana je stroškovna analiza in analiza podatkov, pridobljenih s spletno anketo, o učinkovitosti uvedbe in uporabe IP telefonije med zaposlenimi v šoli. Namen diplomske naloge je prikaz uporabe sodobne komunikacije preko IP telefonije, ki nadomešča klasično telefonijo, pri čemer je poudarek na opredelitvi, katere so prednosti in novosti tako za podjetje kot za uporabnike, ki jih prinaša nova telefonija, kako slednji sprejemajo uvedbo nove telefonije ter s kakšnimi problemi se pri tem srečujejo.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma work deals with up-to date communication using IP telephony and its introduction to Economic Commercial School Kranj. The history and development of telephony are presented in the first part, followed by the new IP telephony, its use and the description of its functioning. One of the ways how IP telephony is implemented in a company or an organisation is presented in the second part of the assignment. In addition to that the transition from the classical to IP telephony is described, as it has been carried out at Economic Commercial School Kranj. The cost-analysis is presented, as well as the analysis of the data, gained by a web survey about the efficiency of the introduction and the use of IP telephony among the school staff. The purpose of the diploma work is the presentation of the use of up-to-date communication by means of IP telephony, which substitutes the classical telephony. The emphasis is on the definition of pros and cons of the new telephony for a company as well as for the users and how the latter perceive the introduction of the new telephony and the problems they encounter.
