Abstract

Uspeh in preživetje organizacije in podjetja je danes odvisen od kvalitete dela, števila zaposlenih, ki naj bi bilo čim manjše ter minimalnih stroških. Izmed stroškov, ki precej bremenijo vsako organizacijo, so stroški absentizma in fluktuacije. Izredno pomembno za vsako podjetje je, da v izogib dodatnim stroškom, uspe zaznati in odpravititi vzroke absentizma in fluktuacije. Tema diplomske naloge je Absentizem in fluktuacija v podjetju Regal GH d.o.o. Namen naloge je analiza problematike absentizma in fluktuacije v omenjenem podjetju. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela: teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča za proces kadrovanja, planiranja kadrov ter teoretične osnove o fluktuaciji in absentizmu. Empirični del zajema opis in predstavitev podjetja, strukturo analize absentizma glede na spol, starost in vrsto bolezni. V tem delu so predstavljeni tudi vrste, vzroki in izračun fluktuacije v podjetju Regal GH d.o.o. za obdobje od leta 2007 do leta 2009. Na podlagi analiz so na koncu naloge podane ugotovitve in predlogi za zmanjšanje oziroma za preprečitev absentizma in fluktuacije. Z njimi bi si podjetje lahko pomagalo in na ta način skušalo izboljšati obstoječe stanje.

Secondary abstract: Success and survival of today's organizations and businesses depends on the quality of work, number of employees, which has to minimal at the minimum cost. One of the cost that burden each organization are the costs of absenteeism and fluctuation. It is important for the company to recognize and eliminate the causes of absenteeism and labour turnover. And with this knowledge avoid any additional costs. The theme of the thesis is absenteeism and fluctuation in the company Regal GH d.o.o. Purpose of this research is the analysis of problems regarding absenteeism and fluctuation in above mentioned company. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part presents the theoretical foundations for the process of recruitment, personnel planning and the theoretical basis of fluctuation and absenteeism. Empirical part consist of the description and presentation of the company, the structure analysis of absenteeism regardless of gender, age and type of disease. This section also presents the types, causes and calculations of fluctuations in the company Regal GH d.o.o. for the period from year 2007 to 2009. At the end of the thesis, based on the analysis, are given the findings and suggestions to reduce or to prevent absenteeism and fluctuation, with which a company can help improve the existing situation.
