diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega programa
Abstract
Danes nihče ne more ubežati pomembnim dogodkom, zahtevam in spremembam, ki so in ostajajo naši stalni spremljevalci. In prav naš odnos oziroma naša reakcija na pomembne dogodke, zahteve in spremembe nas lahko privede do stresnih situacij. Kljub podobnim stresnim situacijam, v katerih se znajdemo, se vsak od nas na dejavnike, ki povzročajo stres, odzove drugače, zato smo se namenili predstaviti pojem stresa in njegovo prisotnost v podjetju X.
Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in empirični del. S pojmom stresa, njegovimi vrstami, s fizičnimi, čustvenimi, psihičnimi in vedenjskimi znaki stresa, dejavniki, ki povzročajo stres, in učinkovitimi tehnikami za lajšanje oziroma odpravo stresa se seznanimo v teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge. V empiričnem delu pa smo preučevali pojavljanje stresa v podjetju X. Podatki so bili med zaposlenimi zbrani z anketnim vprašalnikom. Na podlagi analize dobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da sprememba delovnega mesta ima vpliv na zaposlene v podjetju X. Zaznati je prisotnost simptomov stresa, ki se odražajo v povečani bolniški odsotnosti in želji po zamenjavi delovnega mesta. V zaključku diplomske naloge so podani predlogi za večjo učinkovitost ter uspešnost zaposlenih in posledično tudi podjetja

Nowadays, nobody is able to escape significant events, requirements and changes. These are and remain our constant companions. And precisely our attitude and our reaction to important events, requirements and changes may lead us to stressful situations. Despite similar stressful situations in which we found ourselves, each one of us differently responds to factors that are causing stress, and that is also why the main objective of our diploma thesis was to represent the concept of stress and its presence in the Company X.
Our diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part.
The theoretical part of our diploma thesis defines the concept of stress, types of stress, physical, emotional and behavioural indicators of stress, factors causing stress as well as effective techniques for management and elimination of stress.
The empirical part of our diploma thesis was devoted to examining the occurrence of stress in the above-mentioned Company X. The data was gathered among employees using a questionnaire method. Based on the analysis of the obtained results we came to a conclusion that a change in the working place does significantly influence employees in the Company X. We were able to detect the presence of stress symptoms, which are reflected in increased sick leave and desire to change place of work. The conclusion of our diploma thesis is providing suggestions for increased efficiency and performance of employees and consequently also of the company itself. |
