Abstract
S sprejetjem Zakona o spremembah in dopolnitvah Zakona o zdravstveni dejavnosti (ZZDej-K, 2017) in nato tudi s sprejetjem dokumenta Poklicne kompetence in aktivnosti izvajalcev v dejavnosti zdravstvene nege naj bi dokončno določili pripadajoče delovne naloge delovnima mestoma tehnika zdravstvene nege in diplomirane medicinske sestre ter poizkušali rešiti problem pomanjkanja kadra v zdravstveni negi. V ta namen 38. člen ZZDej-K predvideva, da se vsem tehnikom zdravstvene nege, ki izpolnjujejo pogoje tega člena, ponudi možnost za sklenitev pogodbe za opravljanje dela na delovnem mestu diplomirane medicinske sestre. Ti morajo v vnaprej določenem roku tudi pridobiti licenco. V teoretičnem delu zaključnega dela smo natančneje predstavili dejavnost zdravstvena nega, obe delovni mesti, ZZDej-K in teorijo kompetenc. Kot cilj raziskave smo si zastavili ugotovitev vpliva ZZDej-K na delovne razmere, razmere v odnosih znotraj zdravstvenih timov in ali so zaposleni seznanjeni z zakonom. Presodili smo, da vpeljava sprememb še vedno traja in da trenutne razmere zaradi covida-19 vplivajo na kadrovske razmere v zdravstveni negi, zato smo po končani interpretaciji pridobljenih rezultatov ankete predlagali ponovitev raziskave po določenem času, da bi tako preverili, ali se je kadrovska slika v zdravstveni negi izboljšala.

The position of employees in health care |

With the passing of the Act Amending the Health Service Act (AAHSA, 2017) and with the acceptance of the document of the Professional competencies and activities of employees in health care they wanted to finally define work tasks for the workplace of both nursing technicians and registered nurses. With it they also attempted to solve a personnel shortage problem in healthcare. The 38th article of AAHSA states that all nursing technicians that meet the conditions of the previously mentioned article are offered the option to sign a contract of work as a registered nurse. Beforehand they must gain a licence in a defined deadline. In the theoretical part of the degree, we described the work in healthcare, both workplaces, AAHSA, and the theory of competencies. The goal of our research was to discover how the act effected work and relationship conditions in health care teams. We were aspiring to uncover if the employees in healthcare are familiar with AAHSA. We have concluded that the still incoming changes and current COVID-19 crisis have a large impact on the position of the employees. After finishing the interpretation of the gathered results, we propose a retake of the research after a certain time period. |
