Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj sistema oz. mehanizma za pokrivanje prekucnika za prevoz asfalta. Ohraniti je potrebno vse lastnosti prekucnika in tovor čim boljše toplotno izolirati. Sprva smo opisali podjetje in zakone, ki jih moramo upoštevati. Prikazane so variante rešitve in izbrana varianta. Podrobno je predstavljen postopek modeliranja najboljše rešitve in trdnostna analiza ter stroškovni preračun. Opisan je še postopek izdelave izdelka in zaključek z možnostmi prihodnjih izboljšav.

Secondary title: Development of system for tipper covering
Secondary abstract: Master's thesis introduce the development of the covering system or mechanism for a dump truck for asphalt transport. It is necessary to preserve all the properties of the dump truck and to insulate the load as well as possible. First we described the company and the laws we need to follow. Then, variants of the solution are shown and the best one is selected. The process of modeling the best solution and strength analysis and cost calculation are presented in detail. Lastly, the process of making the product and the completion with the possibilities of future improvements are also described.
