Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene vloga in naloge medicinske sestre pri oskrbi kirurške rane. Namen diplomskega dela je podrobneje raziskati in predstaviti kirurško rano, anatomijo kože in podkožnih tkiv, potek celjenja rane in faze celjenja, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na celjenje rane, sodobno oskrbo rane ter raziskati, kako v zdravstveni negi medicinske sestre opazujejo, oskrbujejo in na kakšen način dokumentirajo kirurške rane. V prvem delu je opisana kratka zgodovina oskrbe ran, anatomija kože in podkožnih tkiv, kaj je kirurška rana, predstavljeno je celjenje ter vse štiri faze celjenja. Prav tako je predstavljeno celjenje posameznih tkiv, dejavniki, ki vplivajo na celjenje ran, pomen pravilne prehrane pri celjenju, s čim medicinska sestra podpira celjenje, ga pospešuje. Opisana je tudi bolečina, njen pomen in kako jo medicinska sestra ocenjuje ter sodobne obloge za nego rane. V drugem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki je bila izvedena med zaposlenimi na kirurškem oddelku Splošne bolnišnice Murska Sobota. Spoznati smo želeli, na kakšen način medicinske sestre oskrbijo kirurške rane, kakšno dokumentacijo zdravstvene nege uporabljajo in na kakšen način ocenjujejo kirurške rane. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da so anketiranci/ke dobro izobraženi in seznanjeni z oskrbo kirurške rane. Ugotovili smo, da jim obstoječa dokumentacija zadostuje in da ne potrebujejo posebnega obrazca za opazovanje in dokumentiranje kirurških ran. Tudi fotografiranje kirurških ran se jim zdi nesmiselno. Izrazili pa so željo po dodatnih izobraževanjih o oskrbi kirurških ran.

Secondary title: The role of nurse by surgical wound care
Secondary abstract: In diploma work the role of the nurse in treatment of the surgical wound is presented and first of all theirs tasks in tratment. the purpose of the diploma work is to research and present surgical wound, anatomy of the skin in subcutaneous tissues, the course of wound healing and phases of healing, parameters that are influencing wound healing, modern wound treatment and to research the way how nurses observe, treat surgical wounds and the way of documenting of surgical wounds. In the first part the brief history of wound treatment, skin anatomy and subcutaneous tissues are described, definition of surgical wound, wound healing and all four stages of healing are presented as well. The healing of individual tissues is also presented, as well as parameters that are influensing wound healing, the meaning of the right diet in the time of wound healing, the way the nurse is supporting and promoting the healing. The pain is described as well, it's meaning, how the nurse is estimating it and the modern coverings for wound treatment. In the second part the research is presented, which has been performed among the staff in the hospital of Murska Sobota. We wanted to get to know the way the nurses are treating surgical wounds, which documentation of health care are they useing and in which way they estimate surgical wounds. in research we found out that the participants are well educated and acquainted about surgical wounds. We also found out that the documentation in use is fully sufficient and that they do not need special papper for observation and documentation of surgical wounds. in Their opinion taking photos of wounds would be no good. They expressed the wish of additional education in case of surgical wound treatment.
