Abstract
Z zaključno nalogo želimo ugotoviti tokovne in tlačne razmere v tokokrogu z uporabo različnih tokovnih ventilov. Uporabljena je navadna dušilka, tokovni ventil s tlačno kompenzacijo in tokovni ventil s tlačno kompenzacijo s tremi priključki. Po dva enaka ventila sta vezana vzporedno, zaporedno na ventil je priklopljen varnostni ventil, s katerim simuliramo različno obremenitev. Preizkusi so bili najprej izvedeni s pomočjo simulacijskega orodja Automation Studio, nato pa še eksperimentalno v prostorih laboratorija LFT. Merili smo pretok skozi posamezen ventil, pri različnih obremenitvah in nastavitvah dušilke. V delu je dokazano, da navadna dušilka ne zagotavlja vzporednosti gibanja. Tokovni ventil s tlačno kompenzacijo in tokovni ventil s tlačno kompenzacijo s tremi priključki zagotavljata konstanten pretok, ne glede na tlačno razliko in velikosti bremena.

In the final work we want to determine the flow and pressure conditions in the circuit with different flow control valves. A hydraulic throttle check valve, a pressure compensating flow control valve and a three port pressure compensating flow control valve are used. Two identical valves are connected in parallel, and pressure relief valve is connected in series with the valve we use to simulate various loads. The tests were first performed using the Automation Studio simulation tool and then practically in the LFT laboratory premises. We measured the flow through each valve at different loads and throttle check valve settings. The work showed that a hydraulic throttle check valve does not provide parallelism. The pressure compensating flow valve and the three port pressure compensating flow valve provide a constant flow regardless of the pressure differential and the size of the load. |
