Abstract

Računalniško numerično krmiljen stroj je naprava, ki jo lahko prosto programiramo in omogoča izdelavo najzahtevnejših trodimenzionalnih struktur z odvzemanjem materiala. Sestavljena je iz krmilnega in mehanskega dela. Krmilni del vključuje krmilni računalnik, ki vodi proces. CNC stroji so prilagodljivi in primerni za srednje veliko serijsko proizvodnjo. V diplomski nalogi so opisani izgradnja triosnega rezkalnega stroja z računalniško vodenim krmilnim sistemom, opis pomembnejših delov stroja in opis primera izdelave izdelka.

Secondary abstract: A computer-numerically-controlled machine is a device that can be easily programmed and allows for the most demanding elements. It consists of a control and a mechanical part. The control part includes a personal computer that runs the process. CNC machines are flexible and suitable for medium-sized series production. The bachelor’s thesis describes the construction of a three-axis milling machine with a computer-controlled control system, a description of the most important parts of the machine, and a description of a case of product production.
