Abstract
V sklopu diplomske naloge smo analizirali delovni mesti dveh varilcev v podjetju TKO d.o.o. Delovni mesti smo analizirali s pomočjo ročne analize OWAS in programskega paketa Jack. Podrobneje smo predstavili postopek izdelave okolja in simulacije v okolju Jack. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na analizo kritičnih položajev, ki se pojavljajo pogosteje. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo v zaključnem delu naloge predstavili predloge, ki bi zmanjšale število kritičnih položajev. Dodali smo še sklop vaj za varilce, ki se priporočajo, da jih opravljajo.

Secondary abstract: |
As part of the diploma thesis, we analyzed the jobs of two welders in company TKO d.o.o. Jobs were analyzed using manual OWAS analysis and the Jack software package. We focused more detailed on the process of creating an environment and simulation in the Jack environment. We focused mainly on the analysis of critical positions that occur more frequently. In the end of the thesis, based on the obtained results, we presented proposals that would reduce the number of critical positions. We also added a set of exercises for welders that are recommended to be performed. |
