Abstract

S sprejetjem takšnih ukrepov države dosežejo zmanjšenje koeficienta starostne odvisnosti, povečanje bruto domačega proizvoda in gospodarske rasti.

Secondary title: Economic analysis of coping with an ageing population
Secondary abstract: The world's population is ageing rapidly, which is increasing the costs and burdens on the working population and increasing the old-age dependency ratio. Countries are taking various measures to cope with an ageing population, such as extending working lives, setting older retirement age, and allowing people to work while receiving a pension. By adopting such measures, countries achieve a reduction in the old-age dependency ratio, an increase in gross domestic product and economic growth.
