Secondary title: | Realization of permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control with considered different inductances in the d- and q-axis based on optimization procedure |
Secondary abstract: | This work presents realization of a closed-loop permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) sensorless control based on an optimization procedure. A simplified magnetically nonlinear two-axis dynamic model of PMSM with different and variable inductances in the d- and q-axis is used for design of a permanent magnet flux linkage vector oriented speed vector control. Procedures applied for determining parameters of the magnetically nonlinear two-axis dynamic PMSM are presented together with procedures applied for determining parameters of current and speed controllers as well as parameter of a nonlinear-state observer. A direct stochastic search algorithm called differential evolution is applied, together with the nonlinear models of the PMSM, its nonlinear state-observer and closed-loop sensorless control, in order to determine parameters of nonlinear state-observer. The state-observer is designed on the error between measured and by the state-observer estimated values of the state-variables. The sensorless control is achieved by inclusion of the state-observer in the closed loop speed vector control of the PMSM. The obtained closed-loop sensorless control is confirmed by the experiments performed with an appropriate experimental set-up. The measured and observer estimated rotor positions are compared at different rotor speeds. |
