Abstract
Magistrsko delo se navezuje na podjetje Lasertehnik Marfin, d. o. o., za katerega smo oblikovali proizvodni sistem glede na karakteristiko storitev, ki jih ponujajo svojim strankam. Najprej smo pojasnili katere vrste proizvodnih sistemov in procesov poznamo, kakšne so njihove značilnosti, ter predstavili podjetje. Sledi analiza historičnih podatkov proizvedenih izdelkov na podlagi katere smo predvideli vrsto in količino izdelkov, ki jih bo podjetje proizvajalo v prihodnosti. Z pomočjo OD – KAM matrike in trikotne metode smo ročno izračunali razmestitev proizvodne opreme in jo postavili v realno okolje. Nato smo s pomočjo treh programskih okolij Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk AutoCad Mechanical in Autodesk Factory Design Utilities skonstruirali tri dimenzionalen model proizvodnega procesa in napravili simulacijo toka izdelkov v proizvodnji. Dobljene rezultate smo obrazložili in evalvirali.

Secondary abstract: |
The master's thesis is based on the company Lasertehnik Marfin, d.o.o., for which we designed the production system according to the typical services offered to their customers. We first explained which types of production systems and processes we know, what are their characteristics, and then we introduced the company. Furthermore, we conducted an analysis of historical data on manufactured products, based on which we predicted the type and quantity of products company will produce in the future. Using the FROM – TO matrix and the triangular method, we manually calculated the location of production equipment and placed it in a real environment. Then, with the help of three modelling software Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Factory Design Utilities, we generated a three-dimensional model of the production process and created a simulation of product flow in production. The obtained results were explained and evaluated. |
