Abstract

Uvod in namen:. Po možganski kapi se pacienti spoprijemajo z različnimi stopnjami invalidnosti in potrebujejo fizioterapevtsko rehabilitacijo. Posameznike, ki so doživeli možgansko kap, pogosto opisujejo kot apatične, nezainteresirane in brez motivacije. Motivacijske strategije so namenjene spodbujanju k sodelovanju, medtem ko lahko njihova vključitev v rehabilitacijski proces vodi do boljših rezultatov rehabilitacije po možganski kapi. Namen diplomske naloge je s pomočjo literature proučiti pomen motivacije pacienta po možganski kapi v procesu fizioterapevtske rehabilitacije in preveriti učinkovitost motivacijskih strategij. Metode: V diplomski nalogi je v predstavljena strokovna in znanstvena literatura, pridobljena v podatkovnih zbirkah PubMed, COBISS, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar in ResearchGate. Pri izbiri literature smo upoštevali vključitvena in izključitvena merila. Rezultati: Uporaba motivacijskih strategij vpliva na povečanje sodelovanja pacienta po možganski kapi v procesu fizioterapevtske rehabilitacije. Pacienti z visoko stopnjo motivacije imajo boljše rezultate in izid rehabilitacije, medtem ko je motivacija odvisna od več dejavnikov. Uporabnost: Predstavitev učinkovitosti motivacijskih strategij in pomena motivacije v procesu fizioterapevtske rehabilitacije po možganski kapi. Omejitve: Potrebnih je še več raziskav na področju motivacije v procesu rehabilitacije po možganski kapi in učinkovitosti motivacijskih strategij.

Secondary abstract: Introduction and purpose: Patients after a stroke face varying degrees of disability and need physiotherapy rehabilitation. Individuals who have experienced a stroke are often described as apathetic, disinterested, and unmotivated. Motivational strategies are designed to encourage participation, while their involvement in the rehabilitation process can lead to better results of rehabilitation after a stroke. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to use the literature to study the importance of motivating a patient after a stroke in the process of physiotherapy rehabilitation and to test the effectiveness of motivational strategies. Methods: The diploma thesis presents professional and scientific literature obtained in the databases PubMed, COBISS, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar and ResearchGate. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account when selecting the literature. Results: The use of motivational strategies influences the increase of patient participation after stroke in the process of physiotherapeutic rehabilitation. Patients with a high level of motivation have better results and outcomes of rehabilitation, while motivation depends on several factors.Usability: Presentation of the effectiveness of motivational strategies and the importance of motivation in the process of physiotherapeutic rehabilitation after stroke. Limitations: More research is needed about motivation in the post-stroke rehabilitation process and the effectiveness of motivational strategies after stroke.
