magistrsko delo
Abstract
V tem magistrskem delu smo validirali večkriterijski odločitveni model za oceno digitalne zrelosti malih in srednje velikih podjetij v programu DEXi.

Validation of multiple criteria model for enterprise digital maturity assessment |
Secondary abstract: |
Over the last two decades, technology has advanced at the speed of light. All the progress, has not been easy for small and medium-sized enterprises, as they have had to constantly adapt and keep up with the digital progress. It often happens, that companies fail to keep up with the digitalization of business for several reasons, such as lack of finance, knowledge, human resources and time. Some of them have managed to reach digital maturity, while others have not. In order to receive financial assistance for the digitalization of business, companies must first obtain an assessment of their digital maturity, which they can do with various models for assessing the digital maturity of companies. The profession has already developed quite a few models for digital maturity assessment, which are not the most suitable for small and medium-sized companies, but more for large, sales-oriented organizations.
In this master's thesis, we validated a multi-criteria decision model for assessing the digital maturity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the DEXi program. We made an analysis and compared some selected companies and their digital maturity (Bohanec et al., 2013). The companies responded to the questionnaires that is compiled from basic attributes of our DEX model. After that, we entered all the answers into our decision model in the DEXi program and prepared analysis. Since research happened to be successful, we can say model is validated. After that, we evaluated the model and made suggestions for its improvement. |
