diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij
Abstract
Vmes najdemo smreko in ponekod bukev in kostanj. Na podlagi rezultatov naše raziskave, smo ocenili okvirne trende razvoja gozdnih sestojev, spoznali problematiko pomlajevanja in podali nekaj usmeritev in možnosti prihodnjega razvoja gozdov.

Forest management problems of secondary scots pine forest in the Suhadole area |
Secondary abstract: |
In our thesis we analised secondary Scots pine stands in 31W04 section in Suhadole by Komenda. A research plot network of density 50 x 50 m was set up and a number of 5 acre plots was measured out. Within these we estimated and listed following formation parameters for each tree on the plot: dbh, tree height, their vitality, quality and damage occurence. In addition, we also inventoried regeneration by their sort and number. Average growing stock of a stand was estimated to 200 m3/ha, with Scots pine being the main component of stands formation (78 % of the growing stock). Other species as Norway spruce, European beech and chestnut was found individually. Regeneration was not abundant, prevailed by alder buckthorn, pedunculate oak, chestnut and rowan. Based on our findings we roughly estimated trends of secondary Scots pine forest development and got acquainted with regeneration issues. Based on the results of our research a few guidelines and options for future forest development were presented. |
