Uvajanje spletne rešitve ePortfolio za podporo izobraževalnemu procesu

Abstract

Center RS za poklicno izobraževanje je za podporo pri svetovanju in delu s kandidati Nacionalnih poklicnih kvalifikacij, ob vključenosti partnerjev, razvil spletno rešitev ePortfolio. Projekt je odprl nove možnosti svetovanja in dela s kandidati, hkrati pa povečal kakovost in transparentnost portfolija. Kljub začetnemu načrtovanju je bilo kmalu po zagonu spletne rešitve ePortfolio jasno, da bi bilo za optimalno uporabo potrebno rešitev dopolniti in nadgraditi. Zato smo v diplomskem delu proučili obstoječo rešitev, s testnimi uporabniki smo ugotovili dodatne potrebe le-teh in analizirali podobne rešitve v svetu. Dobili smo spisek novih in dopolnjenih obstoječih funkcionalnosti ter na osnovi le-teh razvili prototipno rešitev. Podali smo tudi okviren terminski plan in stroškovno oceno za nadgradnje spletne rešitve ePortfolio.

Secondary abstract:	Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for Vocational Education and Training has, with the involvement of partners, developed an online ePortfolio solution to support counseling and working with National Vocational qualifications candidates. This project has opened new opportunities for consulting and working with candidates, while increasing quality and transparency of the portfolio. Even thou prior designing was made, soon after the lunch of the online ePortfolio solution it became clear that in order to provide best possible use, the solution should be complement and upgraded. Accordingly, we have in his thesis examined the current solution, and determined additional needs of the users with the help of test users, and also analyzed similar solutions worldwide. Doing so, we obtained a list of new and upgraded functionalities, which was used to develop a prototype solution and to set out an indicative timetable and cost estimation for the upgrade of the online ePortfolio solution.
